Florence is originally from Buxton, Derbyshire where she discovered her love of dance, at the tender age of three , at her mum's dance school . She went on to compete nation wide, on the open Ballroom and Latin circuit , a Juvenile, Junior and Youth finalist .

 

Aged just sixteen , her first professional job was the U.K and USA tour of "Simply Ballroom " where she was grateful to work with the likes of Sam Kane , Lionel Blair and The late Debbie Reynolds . Florence then travelled the world working aboard several Celebrity Cruise Ships , as featured Latin dancer , dance instructor and production cast member .
